Cilia Willem is historian and lecturer in Audiovisual Communication at the University of Barcelona, where she co-coordinates the Laboratory for Interactive Media.

At the University of Barcelona she takes care of international projects such as eCLIPse, XenoCLIPSe and Roots&Routes, three projects that investigate and promote diversity in mainstream media.

In 2004 Cilia collaborated with the production of “Precarity”, and took care of the translations towards Dutch and the research on videocompression.

  • Cilia is the cofounder and secretary of the non-profit organization that holds Eclèctica DV and takes care of administration.
